Diep Nguyen-van Houtte is senior transport specialist for the World Bank, focusing on national and regional connectivity and logistics projects and programs. She and her family survived their flight from Vietnam. She has worked on more than 20 countries globally in five different regions, from fragile and conflict-affected states to middle-income countries. She studied economics and received her Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from Harvard University. Before joining the World Bank, she was Director of a Fortune 500 company.
