Dilmurad Yusupov is a co-founder and Project Manager at NGO Sharoit Plus – a local disabled people’s organisation based in Tashkent which aims to create a barrier-free and inclusive society for all persons with disabilities in Uzbekistan. He is also an independent researcher and activist advocating for disability-inclusive development in Uzbekistan. He recently graduated with a PhD in Development Studies at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) University of Sussex, UK.
