Dinara Muldabayeva is a consultant at the World Bank, currently working in the areas of communications and program management.
Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked at the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan in the areas of strategic planning and analysis, social and migration policy. During that time, Dinara contributed to the development of several strategic initiatives, including the Plan of Strategic Development of Kazakhstan-2020 and the Concept of Social Development of Kazakhstan till 2030.
Dinara holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
