Diva leads the global portfolio and strategy on strengthening the gender data architecture and deepening research and evidence for women’s economic empowerment programming and policymaking. Diva is currently a doctoral candidate in Public Policy at the University of Oxford. She has a Master's in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
