Dixi Mengote-Quah is a Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Specialist with the World Bank Tokyo DRM Hub. She has worked on World Bank operations in East Asia Pacific, with a focus on flood risk management, climate resilience, and nature-based solutions for watershed management and slope protection. She brings private sector and government experience in planning, detailed design of climate-adaptive landscapes, and green building retrofits. She currently manages knowledge products and financing for DRM technical assistance in Latin America and Europe/Central Asia. She has master’s degrees in engineering and in Built Environment Design from NTU Singapore and University of Cambridge.
