Dominik Peschel is a Senior Economist in the Prospects Group of the World Bank and contributing author to the Global Economic Prospects report. Previously, he led the surveillance and outlook of China’s economy at the Asian Development Bank. His work experience includes applied macroeconomic research and policy work on a wide range of topics such as economic growth, trade, fiscal and monetary policies, and financial stability. He started his career at the German central bank and holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School.
