Dongjin (Jake) Kim is working at the World Bank as a Senior Public-Private Partnership (PPP) specialist, on secondment from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea. He has 17 years of broad range infrastructure experience, from construction field management and cost engineering to PPP policy enactment and fiscal management. His work is primarily focused on PPP policy and the global infrastructure agenda. He is responsible for developing the policy guidelines for unsolicited proposals (USPs) and the Global Infrastructure Forum. He is a certified PPP professional (APMG CP3P Foundation).
