Doug Koplow is the founder of Earth Track in Cambridge, MA (www.earthtrack.net), focused on making the scope and cost of environmentally harmful subsidies more visible, and identifying reform strategies. His work on natural resource subsidies spans more than twenty five years, most recently focusing on the distortionary effects of subsidies to fossil fuels and nuclear power. He has advised a variety of governmental agencies, environmental groups, foundations, and trade associations on resource subsidy measurement and reform, and his work is regularly cited across the political spectrum. Mr. Koplow holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Wesleyan University.
