Dr Hossain Zillur Rahman holds a master’s in economics from Dhaka University, and PhD in political sociology from the University of Manchester, UK. A leading policy voice of Bangladesh with over three decades of experience within and outside government, Dr. Rahman is the founder-chairman of the think tank Power and Participation Research Centre (PPRC) and was elected Chairperson of BRAC Bangladesh in 2019.
