In May 2015, Dubravka Stanic joined the World Bank’s Disaster Risk Management Team in Serbia, working as an STC. Before joining the World Bank, she worked for the Serbian government, Ministry of Finance as the Chief of staff at the office of State Secretary and at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia at the Sector for European Integration and projects development, research projects and projects in education and science. At the beginning of her career she worked for the private sector in Insurance and Transport sector. She received the MA in economics, Major: International Management.
