Dung Kieu Vo is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank, based in Hanoi. Currently, she leads the engagement with the Governments of Vietnam and Timor Leste in general and higher education. She has led investment loans and development policy lending since joining the Bank in 2013. Her work focuses on policy and institutional reforms for higher education and teacher professional development.
Before joining the Bank, she worked as Assistant Director in Education for the British Council Vietnam, leading a Global Higher Education Internationalization Program and a Skills for Employability Program. She provided strategic direction and management to the British Council's education work in Vietnam in supporting the national reform of higher and vocational education through international collaborations with the UK and countries in East Asia.
