Duygu Ogur is a Fellow in the Urban Unit at the World Bank, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She supports urban programs with a focus on fragility, conflict, and violence across Kenya, Somalia, and South Sudan. Her work draws on practical and academic experience in the Humanitarian-Development Nexus, with a particular interest in strengthening localization by centering local governments and municipalities in development interventions.
