Eduardo is the leading infrastructure partner in Deloitte Mexico. He is an Economist with an MBA and has experience in Strategy Consulting, Infrastructure Planning, Project Structuring and Transactions under PPP scheme. Some of the sectors in which he has participated include airports, roads, ports, energy, mining, telecommunications, trains, mass transportation, water, health, and agriculture.
He focuses on the defining strategies and plans to develop infrastructure across sectors, as well as the structuring and feasibility of projects, their implementation and follow up.
