Ekaterina Pankratova is a Senior Program Coordinator at the World Bank for Social Protection, Jobs and Pensions Technical Cooperation Program with the Saudi Arabia Government. Ekaterina oversees high level client relationship, institutional capacity building with the Saudi Government, learning and dissemination events, task management and operational matters of the World Bank Technical Cooperation Program (TCP) with the KSA Government. For the past nine years she has worked in Saudi Arabia supporting the Government in transforming Social Protection and Labor Policies, improving Saudization outcomes, creating sustainable jobs for nationals and productivity enhancement in the private sector. She was one of the core members in the production of KSA National Labor Market Strategy, design of social care and disabilities reforms, advancement of pensions reforms and creating evidence for gender analytics. Ekaterina co-authored a number of papers and policy notes on labor markets, social care and pensions. Prior to her engagement with IBRD in Saudi Arabia, Ekaterina worked in Washington DC for over 12 years at MIGA and IFC on corporate restructuring of international organizations, corporate strategy and business process re-engineering. Ekaterina holds an MA from Moscow State University and MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, Phoenix, AZ
