Elena Roseo is a Senior Operations Officer in the South Asia region at the World Bank, where she works on service delivery and learning environments in fragile contexts, with a special focus on community-based management, gender, infrastructure, remote monitoring, and operations optimization. She has worked across various regions including Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Prior to her current role, Elena worked at the Inter-American Development Bank. She holds two master’s degrees in International Economic Policy and Economic Development from Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris.
