Elin Carmichael is the Programme Responsible Owner for the Good Governance Fund Eastern Neighbourhood programme at the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). She has previously held roles covering women’s economic empowerment, the Syria crisis, and multilateral policy; and spent time working in Zambia and Pakistan.
