Eliot Dikoru is a seasoned international development professional with over 12 years of experience in program management, research, monitoring, and evaluation. He has managed several human development projects, ranging from education, social protection, public health, global health security, and multisectoral interventions at regional, national, and subnational levels in several INGOs, including Caritas, Research Triangle Institute, Population Council, and the World Bank Group.

Eliot serves as a Consultant, Education Specialist/Economist at the World Bank (Western & Central Africa Region), where he provides technical advisory, guidance, and support to multiple regional and national projects, including the Second ACE Impact Project, Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA), Edo Basic Education Sector and Skills Transformation (EdoBESST), and others. He spends his free time volunteering at DataLead Africa as a Senior Technical Advisor, a learning company providing services for social sector organizations across Africa (including data analytics training for hearing impaired persons- DeafInTech). He is a Peace Ambassador of the Australia Institute of Economics and Peace (IEP), promoting positive peace. He is certified in governance and security reforms from the Geneva Centre of Security Sector and Governance, Ireland.
