Elizabeth Tennant, Ph.D., is a Senior Research Associate at Cornell University’s Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. She is a Faculty Fellow at the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability and a faculty member of the Cornell Collaboration for International Development Economics Research. Her research focuses on generating actionable insights to support the wellbeing of marginalized and low-income populations facing climate change, political violence, and other shocks.

Dr. Tennant holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, an MPA from Princeton University, and a BS from the College of William and Mary.
