Elke-Esmeralda is a consultant at the Social, Urban, Rural and Resilience Global Practice of the World Bank. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cornell University , and has been working at the World Bank for three years on climate-related projects and previously at the United Nations Development Programme.
