Ellinore is a Young Professional in the Strategy, Results and Risk unit of the World Bank. She has published research on various education topics including teacher policy and the learning crisis. She has experience in conducting large-scale assessments and implementing language and vocational training programs with governments, including in the Maldives, Ukraine, and Rwanda. Ellinore has an MA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a MPA with a concentration in International Development from Princeton University.
