Elly Yuniardi is a Policy Analyst at the Directorate of Human Resource Development for Tourism, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Republic of Indonesia. She holds a Master's Degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Indonesia and International University of Japan, courtesy of a Japanese-Indonesian government double-degree scholarship. Originally from Indonesia, Elly focuses on tourism human resource development, particularly community empowerment. She is based at the Ministry's office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
