Elsa Allman is a Climate Finance Expert and researcher at the Research and Risk Analysis Directorate of the French Prudential Authority (ACPR) and Banque de France. She holds a PhD in Finance from Baruch College, CUNY. Her research focuses on climate risks, green bonds, ESG disclosure, ESG loans, and more generally climate change and financial stability.
