Emily Bartels-Bland is an External Affairs Associate with the World Bank’s Latin America and Caribbean communications department. A German-British national, she worked at the World Health Organization/Pan-American Health Organization before joining the Bank. Emily holds an MA in International Development from American University and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication.
