Emily C. Rand is a licensed civil engineer with an MPH, MBA and 16 years of experience, including 8 years living in Indonesia, East Timor, Sudan and Lesotho managing community driven development, nutrition, water, sanitation, hygiene and other programs. She is currently a Water and Sanitation Specialist working with the World Bank Water Global Practice, Water and Sanitation Program. She has taught Water, Sanitation and Hygiene at George Washington University.
