Engji Susuri is a Social Development Consultant in the World Bank's Europe and Central Asia region. She is engaged in social sustainability and inclusion, covering social risk management on a portfolio of projects in Kosovo and the Western Balkans, primarily focusing on gender, youth, disability, and citizen engagement. Engji also provides ongoing operational and analytical support to project teams across GPs. Prior to her engagement with the Bank, she worked as a consultant for the IFC in Kosovo. She holds a MPhil degree in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, England.
