Enrique Pantoja holds a Masters in Architecture and a Masters in Urban Planning. He has been involved in preparation, appraisal, supervision and final evaluation of projects, including several high profile and complex post-disaster recovery and land sector operations. In addition, he has conducted policy dialogue, and prepared and implemented several technical assistance and analytical activities, as well regional and inter-regional south-south knowledge exchanges. Enrique is currently an Operations Advisor in the investment lending unit of the Operations Policy and Country Services Vice-Presidency of the World Bank.
