Eric Kacou is Co-Founder and CEO of Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP), a professional services firm that supports over 2,000 African entrepreneurs annually with the keys to sustainable profitability. He has contributed to continental initiatives including YouthConnekt Africa, SMART Africa, and the Africa Investment Forum. Previously, as Managing Director of OTF Group, he worked on Rwanda's National Innovation and Competitiveness Program during the country's post-genocide economic rebuilding. A Wharton MBA and Harvard Kennedy School MPA graduate, Kacou has authored two books and been recognized as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Archbishop Tutu Fellow.
