Eric Lacey is an Extended Term Consultant Fiscal Policy Analyst with the Fiscal Policy and Sustainable Growth team in the Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investment Global Practice. Eric primarily works on fiscal policy analytics and monitoring, the unit’s Public Expenditure Review support platform, and the Macro-Financial Review program. Eric has also worked on revenue and fiscal policy issues for over three years.
Before joining the World Bank four years, Eric spent two years ago, as an American Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso and two years as an English teacher in Japan with the Jet Program. Eric, a United States National, has a Master’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
