Erica is a World Bank Senior Social Development Specialist based in Kingston, Jamaica. She supports projects on social risk management and social inclusion throughout the project cycle and on enhancing social capacity of borrowers. She is currently covering projects in the Caribbean and Brazil. She has more than 15 years of professional experience combining WB safeguards/ Environmental and Social Framework, socio-economic risk assessments, evaluations, and strategic planning in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
Prior to joining the Bank, she worked as an independent consultant for different United Nations agencies and NGOs, including WFP, PAHO and UNICEF, leading evaluations as well as consultations with a wide range of stakeholders. She holds an MBA and an MPA.
An Argentine national, she lived in seven countries, and worked with the public sector, private organizations, and civil society groups spanning about 18 countries in LAC.
