Erik Josephson is a health systems management expert with significant experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked deeply in health sector performance management, business process re-engineering, supply chain management and organizational development at all levels of the health sector. He brings specific expertise in costing, performance benchmarking, and strategic analysis. A former investment banker with Goldman Sachs, Josephson brings a rigorous, evidence-based and change-oriented approach to public health. He has carried this approach forward in his most recent roles as associate country director for the Clinton Health Access Initiative and advisor to the Minister of Health in Rwanda.
