Erin Bertens is currently a second-year law student at Osgoode Hall. She began her time at the World Bank Group last summer as an intern in the Insolvency & Debt Resolution Team. Prior to law school, Erin completed a Master of Public Administration at Queen’s University, with a concentration in public finance and economic policy.
Outside of her studies, Erin had a career as a public servant. Her first government role was with Canada Revenue Agency administering corporate, payroll, and GST/HST tax programs. Immediately prior to law school, Erin served as a Senior Advisor with the Ministry of Indigenous Affairs where she led the Province’s Mercury Disability Board file and chaired the Intergovernmental Finance Committee.
