Erwin is a Senior Public Sector Management Specialist in the Governance Global Practice and the East Asia Pacific region. His focus is on GovTech and digital government, civil service/bureaucracy reform, institutional transformation, human resource management and change management.
He leads country clients engagements and provides technical support and assistance on the design and implementation of governance reforms. Key counterparts have included UKP4, UPRBN of MENPAN-RB, MOF, Ministry of Trade, BPS, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, BPK, BPKP and BAPPENAS. Erwin has been with the bank since 2005 and has country expertise in Indonesia, as well as Cambodia, India, and Lao People's Democratic Republic.
Before joining the World Bank, Erwin consulted on business performance improvement projects across Indonesia with KPMG Consulting, Charles Kendall Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint, and Grant Thornton. He holds an MBA from Monash University, and an BSc in Engineering Physics from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
