Dr. Esben Lunde Larsen is a senior agricultural specialist aiming at transforming food systems to be more sustainable; Reducing food loss and waste, change policy regulation, increase government engagement, cultivate awareness on AMR and One Health, and drive innovations to improve food and agricultural production. Esben Lunde Larsen is a former Member of the Danish Parliament, a former Minister for Science and Higher Education, and a former Minister for Environment, Agriculture and Food in the Danish Government. He holds a PhD from the University of Copenhagen.
