Eunice joined the Education Global Practice in 2001 as a technical specialist based in the World Bank Ghana office. She is currently a Senior Education Specialist leading work on the Ghana education portfolio and has worked with teams in the preparation and supervision of innovative projects in the education sector in Ghana and Sierra Leone. More recently, Eunice has worked on the development of basic and secondary education projects and co-leads a jobs and skills project in Ghana. Prior to joining the World Bank, Eunice worked with the United States Peace Corps as an Associate Peace Corps Director for Education, and in the Ghana Ministry of Education as an Assistant Director in the Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation Division. Eunice has a B.Sc. in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana. She also has a Certificate in Education Planning and Administration from the International Institute of Education Planning (IIEP) in Paris, France.
