Eva Clemente Miranda, a Spanish national, joined the World Bank in early 2012. Currently, she is involved in innovation projects in Latin America and Africa, in particular promoting adoption of ICT solutions and tools to maximize the benefits of the Information Society and the Knowledge-based Economy through co-creation and innovation processes, with a special focus on cities. Before joining the ICT unit, Eva was project manager of the Spanish multinational ICT services, mainly related to development projects and innovative applications with a strong international presence.
She also worked at the Spanish Embassy in Helsinki, Spanish agency for international trade. Eva has an iMBA, a Masters in Project Management and International Cooperation, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
