Eva Melis is a legal professional within the Justice Reform Practice Group of the World Bank's Legal Vice Presidency. She has worked as an advisor on public administrative law, accountability mechanisms and tools for the judiciary and other justice agencies in Colombia, and provided policy advice to the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development across a range of matters, from law and justice and governance and accountability to social media. At the World Bank, Eva works on capacity building for justice sector institutions and criminal justice, where she has a particular interest in impact evaluation and change management.
