Evanshainia Syiem is a Carbon Finance Specialist working on climate mitigation programs in the forest and landscapes sector. She holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources Management with experience in forest development and climate change programs in India and South East Asia prior to joining the World Bank. She is currently working in the Climate Funds Management unit of the Climate Change Group with particular focus on the emissions reduction programs under the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility and the BioCarbon Fund Initiative for Sustainable Forest Landscapes.
