Fabienne Mroczka is a Senior Public Sector based in DC. She has worked in the West and Central Africa and the Latin America regions of the World Bank. She is currently the co-chair of the Public Investment and Public Asset Management community of practice of the World Bank. She works on a range of issues related to Governance and Public Financial Management, particularly in public finance, public investment management, public asset management, capacity building of public institutions and oversight institutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public sector, with more than 15 years at the World Bank. While at the Bank, she has worked on Development Policy Lending/Operation (DPL/O), Investment Project financing (IPF) and Program-for-Results financing (PforR). As far as analytical products, she has experience leading and providing input to SCD, CPF, PER, PIMDA, PEFA and various other A&A products. Prior to join the Bank, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing consulting services in financial management mainly for public administrations. Fabienne holds a master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
