Fabio Artuso is currently supporting the implementation of World Bank’s programs to collect, classify, publish, review, and streamline Non-Tariff Measures (NTM). He has been focusing on helping local governments in developing institutional mechanisms to manage NTMs effectively. He has also covered issues related to trade facilitation for several years. He has worked with the World Bank Group since 2009. He was based in ASEAN countries from 2002 to 2014, where he took part in several initiatives on trade and development, in cooperation with the European Union, the European Patent Office, and the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat. He holds a Master in Law and a Master in Development Studies.
