Fahmina Rahman is a Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank, based in Washington DC. She specializes in social safety nets, economic inclusion, and gender and has worked across Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. Her research in Bangladesh is focused on youth employment, childcare, and women’s economic inclusion. Fahmina holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MA in Development Economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
