Fang Xu is the senior transport specialist and the World Bank transport program coordinator for the Philippines. Her experiences in the World Bank include operational experiences in South Asia, EAP, and Africa region and evaluation experience in the Independent Evaluation Group. Prior to joining the World Bank Group as a Young Professional, she worked in the Central Government and in Shanghai Municipal Government, China.
Fang Xu holds a Ph.D. in International Finance from Shanghai Fudan University in China and a Master degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
