Farah A. Dorval is a civil engineer specialized in Water Supply and Sanitation. Before joining the World Bank in 2020, she worked in Haiti for UNOPS, the National Direction of Drinking Water and Sanitation, the Technical Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Economic and Finance, and the Inter-American Development Bank. For more than 15 years, she has coordinated and supported various development programs in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene sector.
She holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Urban Hydrology from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Quisqueya University in Haiti.
