Farzana is an Analyst with the Education team under the Human Development (HD) Practice Group. In her work, she supports the implementation of the large investment lending portfolio in Bangladesh that spans all education levels, including basic education, skills, higher education and support to the Government to recover learning loss as a result of COVID-19 while building a more resilient education system. In addition, she supports the advancement of policy dialogue on leveraging digital technologies and ensuring an inclusive recovery process.
Farzana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka and a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh.
