Fatim Lahonri Diabagate is a research economist specializing in education and labor policies. She is research project officer in public services of Quebec, Canada. She provides analytical and research support for the preparation and implementation of World Bank interventions in various countries of Africa, East Asia and Pacific, including in Fragility, Conflict and Violence affected regions. Fatim contributed to and co-authored the World Bank proposed strategy report for education in the Sahel G5 and to multi-phase programs for secondary education in pacific islands countries. Fatim holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Montreal, an Engineer degree in Statistics and Economics from ENSEA, Abidjan and an Intensive B.A in sciences from INPHB, Cote d’Ivoire.
