Federico Haslop is a Consultant in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank. He is interested on how health and environmental challenges affect the developing world. He has carried out research on the effects of aridification of lakes, the consequences of epidemics on fertility and the impact of heat on labor productivity among other topics. Federico holds a Master of Economics from the Universidad de San Andrés and is currently a PhD candidate in economics at The George Washington University.
