Federico Luciani is a chemical engineer and water and sanitation specialist with more than ten years of experience in water supply and sanitation services. Federico has worked both with the national government of Argentina, supporting the execution of infrastructure works and projects, and with the World Bank in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, with a particular focus on leading the Latin America and Caribbean Hub for the Utility of the Future methodology.
