Federico is a consultant working with the World Bank’s Education Practice, where his work focuses on the design and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation systems. He has produced policy notes on digital skills, education and fragility, and GBV budgetary analysis. Previously, Federico consulted for international organizations such as the OECD, IADB, and UNDP, and held positions at Argentina's Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Security. He holds an M.Phil. in economics from the Paris School of Economics and a B.Sc. in economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
