Fei Yuan is a Ph.D student in Education at Harvard University, where she is focused on education policy and program evaluation. Prior to her doctoral studies, Fei was a research analyst on the World Development Report 2018 team. She contributed to the report by gathering evidence of ways to improve learning and other cross-cutting areas in education. She has expertise in data analysis and evidence synthesis and has supported multiple research projects on education, skills, teacher training and impact evaluation. She holds a M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
