Felicien D. Accrombessy is a Senior Economist Statistician for the Africa region. His skills include statistical capacity building, monitoring, and evaluating of development programs and coordinating, harmonizing, and implementing statistical information systems, indicators, and databases. Before joining the World Bank in July 2011, he had worked at the Benin National Agency for Employment as Head of the Informatics and Statistics Department and also at the Benin National Institute for Statistics, in charge of the statistical coordination of the National Statistics of Benin. Felicien holds a master’s degree in Economic Analysis and International Development and a master’s degree in public Decision and Development Project Management both from the University of Auvergne, France, and a diploma of Engineer in Statistics from the University of Abomey-Calavi, Benin.
