Felix Marco Conteh is Program Officer for the Justice for the Poor Program, in the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank, working on Sierra Leone. Before joining the Bank, he was Northern Region Manager of Sierra Leone’s Anti-corruption Commission. Felix holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, a Master of Arts in International Development Management from the University of Bradford, and a PhD from SOAS, University of London. His research interests include decentralization and chiefdom governance, and extractives and community development. He has recently published in the Review of African Political Economy and Critical African Studies Journals.
